As we enter a new season, what is emerging for you?
What has been lying dormant that needs to see the light of day, that asks for your tender care and attention?
We invite you to meet both your internal and external experiences with the Five Vital Qualities from chapter four of Deep Living with the Enneagram: Recovering Your True Nature, by Roxanne Howe-Murphy.

    1. Curiosity
    2. Compassion
    3. Radical honesty
    4. Trusting the process
    5. Summoning courage

These will support us as we continue to address a brutal war, social injustice, and personal challenges, as well as the light, joy, and hope that is infused into life.

While opening our hearts means opening to pain, it’s also a Doorway for Love.

    With Love,
    Deep Living Lab

    Chrysalis Time, by Tara Mohr:

Know it for what it is. Name it as chrysalis time.
    Know it is normal
    Know it is universal.
    Know it is temporary.
Allow the cocooning but be mindful it doesn’t turn to isolation.
Have compassion for all the ways it is hard–the disintegration, the waiting, the discomfort.
Remember, you can’t rush the process.
